Job Title: Sr Operations Business Project Lead, Salty Snacks Job Location: Hershey, PA/Austin, TX/Remote Summary: Responsible for developing and leading operational solutions to support the strategic growth objectives for the Salty Snacks Business Unit. The Sr. Operations Business Project Lead will work cross-functionally to develop and oversee implementation of supply chain solutions including capital project development, product costing, and sourcing. Responsibilities:
- Develop operational solutions for new and changing products and packtypes to achieve desired timing and financial targets for commercialization.
- Lead the development of all product costs to include cost of goods sold and total delivered product costs
- Assess operational readiness and ensure operational risks are clearly identified. Lead resolution of issues and development of contingency plan.
- Provide leadership role in ensuring the successful development and execution of projects for continuous improvement, network changes, and other supply chain driven projects.
- Partner with Business Case Owner (BCO) to facilitate key decision making, remove roadblocks and outline risks to drive the projects forward through Stage Gate Process. Core Competencies:

- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3-5+ years of related work experience in Supply Chain and/or Product Lifecycle Management
