Job Description:Job Title: Sr. Project Control - CostJob Duration: 3 Months (Temp to Hire)Est. Pay Range: $48 - $53 (USD) Work Type: On SiteWe can offer one-way relocation.Overview/ Responsibilities:Sr. Project Control - Cost•Develops, establishes, and maintains all aspects of the cost control effort on one or more of the larger, more complex and demanding projects. •Incumbent utilizes his/her broad experience, expertise, and exposure to various types of company projects and clients.Required Skills/ Qualification/ Education:•Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience) and typically 10+ years of related work experience.•Full understanding of the project controls operating model employed by key partner firms within the EPCM workspace for a semiconductor industry or equivalent.•Proficiency in cost budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, with knowledge of cost-processing systems like SAP, Contruent, EcoSys, etc•bility to support the internal Client reporting calendar and reporting requirements.•Expertise in Progress Measurement using EVM, including quantity-based EVM within partner work environments and financially based EVM.•Familiarity with Progress Measurement methodologies for EPC and EPCm related contracts, including CPI/SPI analyses.•Thorough comprehension of industry standards and guidelines related to Project Controls subject matter.•Proactive alignment with partners regarding standard implementation, development of Project Controls plans, and compliance with invoice management processes.•bility to collaborate with partners to ensure Monthly Reports encompass all necessary Project Controls information, including Cost, EAC, Trend logs, EVM, Change Management, and Risk Management, etc.•Proficient in Project Controls standards, including WBS/CBS/SBS, Cash-Flow (VOWD), and Benchmarking., cost Management, Progress Measurement, and Change Management. •Proficient PC skills including proficiency in various Project Controls software and Microsoft Office Suite. Must have potential to perform in a lead capacity, as well as familiarity with industry practices.What Desired Skills You'll Bring:•Experience in Project Controls within the industrial manufacturing environment would be preferred but not required.
