Job Description
This position is responsible for assisting with planning, organizing, and directing operations related to ongoing construction projects of all sizes ($500,000 - $15,000,000+) in various business units ranging from pipelines, treatment facilities, risers, pump stations, saltwater disposal facilities and associated infrastructure.
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to
- Ability to perform design reviews with either interdepartmental team or with third party to initiate design phase of project.
- Assist with procurement as per project design and specifications.
- Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
- Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
- Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
- Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
- Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate).
- Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
- Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
- Provide construction oversight with willingness to travel to remote field locations as required.
- Communicates and collaborates with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Provide regulatory needs for projects as needed.

Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
- Required - Bachelors, preference towards Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
- Preferred – PMP, PE certification.
- 5-10 years of project management experience.
- Knowledgeable of Oil & Gas pipeline standards and construction processes with a preferred background in pipeline & facility construction.
- Experience of using 3D CAD program.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
