Job DetailsProject ManagerAs a Project Manager, you'll lead the full project lifecycle, from initial planning through to final review, ensuring every stage meets high standards of excellence. We're seeking someone who is driven by design, values strong client relationships, and understands manufacturing intricacies. Success in this role requires adaptability, collaboration, and a commitment to quality.Core ResponsibilitiesProject Definition and Strategy

• Establishes project goals, scope, and deliverables while managing timeline and budget expectations.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams, including Production, Design, and Engineering, to create a comprehensive project plan that allocates resources effectively.
• Anticipates potential project risks, proactively developing strategies for resolution.
• Partners with external vendors and subcontractors to secure quality and cost-effective solutions.
• Prepares detailed project estimates and works with Account Management to communicate key metrics to the client.

Project Execution and Oversight

• Leads project kickoff sessions to ensure alignment and clear communication across all stakeholders.
• Maintains ownership of project timelines, budget tracking, invoicing, and documentation, managing any necessary adjustments throughout the project.
• Engages in problem-solving for engineering and production challenges, involving relevant parties as needed.
• Adheres to and improves upon company processes, actively seeking ways to enhance efficiency.
• Pursues opportunities to exceed margin goals by implementing cost-effective strategies.
• Manages client expectations on deliverables and scope, fostering positive client relationships.
• Utilizes project management tools and ERP systems to track progress, produce reports, and document updates.
• Stays informed on industry developments and technological advances, recommending updates as appropriate.
• Oversees project coordinators, ensuring they have the guidance needed to achieve task completion.

Project Finalization

QualificationsEducation & Experience
