Asa Sr R&O Maintenance Analyst Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play acrucial role in overseeing the maintenance and reliability of our operations.You will lead a team of maintenance analysts and supervisors to ensure theefficient and effective operation of our equipment and facilities. Yourexpertise in maintenance strategies and data analysis will be instrumental inoptimizing our maintenance processes and driving continuous improvement. You will report directly to our Maintenance Manager, and you'll work out of ourMcCook, IL location. In this role, you will impact the reliability and performance of our operationsby implementing data-driven maintenance strategies, analyzing equipmentperformance data, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You willcollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenanceplans, monitor equipment health, and optimize maintenance schedules. Yourleadership will be critical in driving a culture of continuous improvement andensuring the highest level of equipment reliability and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ateam of maintenance technicians and support troubleshooting issues
• Ensurepreventative maintenance and mechanical integrity actions are completed
• Performfield assessments and job walkdowns to properly setup and monitor work
• Performdetailed planning and scheduling of maintenance jobs according topriorities
• Analyzeequipment performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
• Communicatewith vendors to resolve scheduling, payment issues, etc.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Minimumof 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, reliability, and project management or planning
• Strong leadership and team managementskills
• Understandingof basic mechanical, welding, and electrical maintenance practices
• Excellentcommunication and presentation skills
• Executionfocused hands-on approach

WE VALUE:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a STEM related field
• Supervisory experience
• Knowledge of maintenance management systems (e.g., SAP, Meridium, Prometheus, etc.)
• Six Sigma or SMRP certification
