Sr. Salesforce Administrator 100% Remote Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce administration, with a proficiency in Copado for DevOps. Experience with Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds is preferred.Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Administration: Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the Salesforce platform, including user access, role management, and data security.
• Customization & Configuration: Design and implement custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and validation rules to meet business requirements.
• Process Automation: Utilize Salesforce Flow to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Developer skills are a plus but not required.
• DevOps Management: Manage and deploy changes using Copado, ensuring smooth and efficient release processes.
• Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity, conducting regular audits and managing imports/exports as needed.
• Integrations: Support integrations between Salesforce and other systems, such as ERP, marketing automation, and customer support tools.
• Reporting & Analytics: Develop complex reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• User Support & Training: Provide training and support to ensure effective use of Salesforce features and promote adoption.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy regulations, and internal policies.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Flow and Copado.
• Experience with Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).
• Experience with other Salesforce tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
