Job Summary

As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in driving Agile practices across multiple product teams. You will work closely with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate is a servant leader with a strong understanding of Agile frameworks and a passion for team collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Practices: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure productive, efficient team collaboration.
• Support the Product Owner: Assist in backlog refinement, defining sprint goals, and prioritizing work to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Enable High Performance: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and addressing team challenges, removing blockers, and encouraging innovation.
• Promote Agile Principles: Educate team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices and principles, adapting frameworks to suit team and organizational needs.
• Ensure Transparency: Track and report on team progress, metrics, and outcomes, using tools like Azure Devops, Jira, or similar project management software.
• Facilitate Collaboration: Encourage effective communication within and across teams, ensuring alignment with cross-functional groups and stakeholders.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and guide the team in implementing changes to optimize delivery and collaboration.
