Location: Holland, MI

Summary:

As a Sr. IT Process Specialist, you support IT Projects to improve Production IT System, Data Analysis System and Reporting System regarding to user requirements and Business & Process changes.

Responsibilities:

* Follow LGESMI existing cleaning SOP's during downtime (e.g. line stop, waiting time, etc.), which includes cleaning your designated machine and/or surrounding work area

* Support, understand & analyze manufacturing process and make improvements to reflect them on IT System

* Execute and implement various IT Projects and Manage

* Analyze Manufacturing Process and make improvements and then reflect them on IT System

* Monitor MES vs WMS vs ERP Inventory and Implement Improvements to increase Data Consistency

* Setup IT Strategy & Plan and Manage IT Investment

* Ensure timely resolution of IT issues to support Smart Factory Systems and Projects

* Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards:

* Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain

* Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container

* Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree required, MBA or MS preferred, or equivalent, relevant experience

Experience:

* 7+ years of experience in Information Technology, Manufacturing Systems field

* Data Analysis Projects & Production System Projects Experience preferred

* MES and SAP ERP System Setup Projects Experience preferred

Skills:

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support entire production team

* Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support and work with HQ and global sites
