JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Strategy Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Company's strategy ,M&A and Partnership initiatives including strategic planning, financial, market, and operational analysis and structuring and executing transactions. This individual is a business and functional expert with strong analytical skills and experience managing multiple projects and outside relationships with companies and intermediaries. Creative analysis, independent thought, and a proactive approach to adding value to the organization are key elements of this position.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategic Planningo Serve as an integral member of company's strategic planning effort to routinely identify, assess, and prioritize growth opportunities.o Develop and entrench use of financial decision making tools and processes that enable strategic decisions by the product investment committee and key leadershipo Prepare analyses and presentations for Senior Leadership and Board of Directors to assess key strategic initiativeso Develop and maintain a long-term financial model for the business supported by robust forecasting tools and processeso Support annual operating planning process including engaging with various stakeholders across the businesso Selected Administrative support, analyses and research that support strategic projects2. M&A, Partnership and Investment Pipeline Development and Supporto Support development of acquisition, partnership and inorganic investment strategyo Apply stringent evaluation process to identify and assess new opportunitieso Support relationships with target companies and intermediaries.3. Transaction Executiono Financial modeling and research for M&A, joint ventures, investments and partnerships.o Manage and support due diligence processes for several internal and external multi-disciplinary teams to assess transaction opportunitieso Support deal negotiation, execution and integration.4. Market Research and Analysis / Business Intelligenceo Perform industry and competitor analysis in key target markets in concert with the Product teamo Assessment of alternative markets and business models.o Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales and Product leaders to support new initiatives.5. Ensures compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.6. Demonstrates Company's Core Competencies and values held within.7. JOB SCOPE: The Senior Strategy Analyst will play a critical role in defining and executing on the Company's long term strategic plan including through organic and inorganic initiatives. This position works under immediate supervision and works from instructions and established guidelines to complete job responsibilities. The work is somewhat varied and at times be complex in nature. Work requires moderate exercise of judgment, initiative, and analytic skills to select the most appropriate course of action. This position may require critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues. The candidate also supports more experienced team members across the organization.
COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $100-110K. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
