• Key Responsibilities:
  • Engineering Standards:
    • Develop, maintain, and update engineering standards
    • Provide technical guidance to project teams
    • Support continuous improvement and change management
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Prepare complex engineering deliverables
    • Conduct complex research and material selection
    • Oversee data collection and management
    • Perform complex engineering calculations
    • Communicate with clients and project teams
  • Knowledge Sharing and Innovation:
    • Serve as a technical specialist
    • Foster knowledge management and mentor team members
    • Apply advanced engineering concepts to unique problems
  • People Management:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Must have EIT in pursuit of PE or Must have PE license
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong PLS-CADD proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to lead and manage teams
• Advanced knowledge of engineering design principles and standards
