Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior SAP SuccessFactors Manager to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on Agent Performance Management (APM), Territory & Quota Management (TQM), and Performance & Goals Management (PGM). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications in APM, TQM, and PGM are highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and management.
• Proven expertise in Agent Performance Management (APM), Territory & Quota Management (TQM), and Performance & Goals Management (PGM).
• Strong understanding of sales performance management and incentive compensation processes.
• Experience with system integrations, data migration, and reporting tools.
