Sr. Supply Chain Analyst - Standvast Fulfillment : Job Details

Location: Remote (Columbia,MD)Salary Range: 80k-95k annual salary Standvast Fulfillment is seeking doers, problem-solvers and innovators to help us build a better supply chain. We are looking for individuals who want to help create something new and embrace an opportunity to make a difference while learning from a seasoned team who has driven some of the most significant innovations in eCommerce supply chain, logistics, and technology development in a variety of Industries.Position Summary: As a member of Standvast's Supply Chain Data Science team you will work on a wide variety of projects including building data pipelines, ad hoc analyses, reporting, modeling and root cause analyses. You'll be working with and learning from an experienced team who've spent their careers at the intersection between data science and fulfillment. This is a great role in which to continue developing expertise along multiple dimensions of data science and supply chain. Responsibilities :

• Is curious and actively seeks out new skills.
• Knows that the strength of an analysis is based on how well it enables the business to make decisions. This means that simple solutions often out-perform complicated models.
• Is process-minded with experience making trade-offs between speed and scalability in a high-growth environment.
• Knows the value of data visualization and takes pride in presenting data and analytical results in a way that is intuitive for non-technical colleagues to understand.
• Jumps in and help wherever they are needed.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience in data science or analytics
• 7+ years experience coding in SQL and/or Python
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• Fluency with lean concepts
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and across all levels of the organization
