We are actively hiring for a Sr. UX Writer.Your Role: The Sr. UX Writer works on digital products across our portfolio, focusing on enforcing editorial and product standards set by Global Content Strategists and Content Strategists. They assist the UX design and user research teams with writing or editing usability testing scripts, design thinking presentations, and artifacts. Additionally, they provide editorial support for reports to senior leadership, reusable presentation templates, and content management for the UX Management and DesignOps teams. The UX Writer attends regular UX team standups, agile ceremonies, and product ceremonies as needed.Your work:
  • Understand complex information structure and create detailed content strategies.
  • Maintains stakeholder relationships for proper communication and project sponsorship.
  • Collaborate closely with business analyst, UX team, and product manager in an iterative, agile process.
  • Participates in user research, competitive analysis, and content audits to ensure high-quality design and content delivery.
  • Participates in defining editorial web and mobile standards for internal and external applications.
  • Participates in identifying opportunities to improve content processes and tools to enhance productivity or product quality.
  • Contributes to developing clear and consistent terminology for use in the product.
  • Ensure product content strategy is used consistently in all communications.
  • Contribute to the master library of all product copies.
Required Experience, Education and Skills
  • 4+ years of hands-on UX writing Design Systems, usability, mobile/web applications and responsive web sites.
  • Accountable for the development and growth of content strategies at the project/product level.
  • Executes content strategy throughout the project.
  • Maintains stakeholder relationships for proper communication and project sponsorship.
  • Collaborate closely with the business analyst, UX designer and product manager in an iterative, agile process.
  • Coordinate with product, governance, and brand teams within the organization to guarantee consistency and compliance across products and platforms.
  • Define editorial web and mobile standards for internal and external applications.
  • Identify ways to improve content processes and tools to enhance productivity or product quality.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to develop clear and consistent terminology for use in the product (and resolve conflicts when they surface).
  • Work with designers to create on-boarding, implementation, and style guide documentation.
  • Ensure product content strategy is used consistently in all communications.
  • Develop and own a master library of all product copy.

  • Experience writing content for mobile, tablet, and desktop digital products
  • Experience or exposure to design thinking and user-centered design techniques
  • Experience writing for presentations and documentation
  • Experience developing UX content for forms, help text, and other UI copy
  • Experience using Figma, XD or other interaction design tools

However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full salary range for this position across all the states we hire in is $80,000 -$119,000. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 8% of eligible pay.See benefits offered: Please note, hourly or salary compensation, or the range of hourly or salary compensation available for a position may vary by location.
