We are looking for a Sr. Partnerships Manager to join Amazon's exciting and fast-paced team leading the go-to-market strategy for high-visibility Fashion and Licensed Sports launches across North America Stores.
Candidates must have proven analytical capabilities and project management skills, great attention to detail, the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task, and a proven record of driving category growth. They must be an effective leader and communicator in working with some of Amazon.com's most important partners and vendors, as well as with internal colleagues and cross-functional leaders. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for retail and a high level of flexibility and commitment.
Responsibilities- 5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience- Bachelor's degree- Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL- Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration- Experience using data to influence business decisions- Experience with business analysis and P&L management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
