Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation's leading brands. We're looking to hire a Sr. Web Production Specialist for a Financial client.

This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. The role is located in Los Angeles, CA, and is hybrid with 3 days onsite *Downtown.

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

• Create web experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), applying skills in design, writing, and user experience.
• Work with IT partners to enhance authoring experiences, develop components and templates, and deliver advanced web experiences.
• Administer web configuration tools (e.g., Target, Audience Manager, AEM) to deliver personalized audience experiences and A/B tests.
• Coordinate releases and publishing across sites and campaigns.
• Support distributed authors, ensuring adherence to best practices (e.g., SEO, metadata, brand tagging).
• Maintain web applications with technology teams, including site architecture and custom components.
• Enforce platform standards and compliance with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate to improve and optimize channel processes.
• Assist with work assignments and perform quality checks.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
