• Record Transactions: Post financial transactions to journals and ledgers.
• Reconcile Accounts: Verify and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare Financial Statements: Generate balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
• Process Invoices: Manage accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely payment and collection.
• Conduct Audits: Assist with internal and external audits; provide necessary documentation.
• Maintain Documentation: Keep accurate records of financial transactions and reports.
• Monitor Expenses: Track and analyze expenses; report variances from budget.

Job DetailsQualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.2. Spanish Proficiency highly preferred.3. 5+ years of experience in accounting or related field.4. Strong understanding of accounting theory and GAAP.5. Highly detail-oriented and organized.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.7.
