Staff Accountant - Hybrid / Boston, MA

Overview:We are assisting our client, a professional services firm, in their search for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support general accounting functions, including AP, AR, reconciliations, and GL maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain general ledger and process journal entries
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and reconciliations
• Assist with financial reporting and month-end close
• Support audits and compliance efforts
• Monitor and process payroll and expense reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 3+ years of experience preferred
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred, but SAP or GP acceptable)
