• Develop and continuously improve LLM methods for zero-shot retrieval, hybrid semantic search, and document analysis
• Implement domain-specific pretraining and fine-tuning of LLMs to enhance accuracy in specific tasks.
• Design LLM agents that produce high-quality, long-form work outputs.
• Rapidly prototype and integrate new product features for customer-specific projects.
• Create robust evaluation protocols that combine human preference judgments with synthetic data.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Extensive experience working with LLMs and NLP/NLU models (OCR/computer vision experience is a plus).
• Excited about redefining knowledge work through AI.
• Strong ability to translate open-ended problems into actionable goals and execute them swiftly.
• Excellent communicator with both technical and strategic expertise.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment; previous experience in a start-up environment.
• Work technically hands-on in a player-coach model ; having both leadership and a strong technical background
