Details: L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Staff Analyst.
- Evaluate proposed budgets, identify issues and missing information, and efficiently pursue resolution.
- Prepare/review analyses, including cost-benefit, alternative analyses, and other economic or business analyses, utilizing databases, spreadsheets, or other systems as needed to recommend appropriate actions to management.
- Assist in documenting actions-items and critical issue tracking for the overall program and status of individual projects.
- Follow major issues without special prompting, act as a liaison between MTA and agencies, interfacing with staff from MTA or its agencies to facilitate data gathering and analyses.
- Prepare departmental reports for executive-level meetings and create cost-control reports used to support forecasting of future staffing needs.
- Implement multiple specific or department-wide projects and assignments and provide direct support for office-wide initiatives, such as analyses, reports, or other activities as may be required.
- Assist in updating Weekly and Monthly reports as well as EPP processes and procedures.
- Additional tasks as required by the Business Unit Lead.
Job RequirementsDetails: A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Art degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, finance, economics, business, or public administration5 to 7 years of satisfactory full-time work experience
