Position OverviewSnorkel is seeking a Staff HR Business Partner to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the people strategy for our newest business line in the data development space. This nascent function of our business will see significant growth this year, and we need a seasoned HRBP to help drive the org's design, hiring plans, employment classifications, culture and growth. You will work closely with business leaders, including executives, to provide strategic HR guidance and hands-on support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has strong opinions grounded in expertise, and is passionate about scaling organizations with innovative HR solutions.
Location: Bay Area - Hybrid - 3x per week minimum in our SF office.
