The Float Pool consists of RNs who are agile and able to adapt to the units where needed most. This unit offers variety, ever changing needs, and ability to learn different units.Schedule: 12 hour shifts; every other weekendEssential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Move to different units where needed
- Keeping a close eye on patient vital signs and responding when needed
- Collaborating with our healthcare crew to provide exceptional patient care
- Administering medications and providing patient education
Qualifications:
- A valid RN license
- 2 years' experience bedside nursing
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Previous experience in telemetry nursing preferred
