Job Description
- Actively participates in trainings and utilizes materials to develop new trainings or integrate into current trainings.
- In coordination with the programs, identifies, develops, and implements trainings.
- Coordinates trainings by communicating with trainers and leadership.
- Documents trainings to include title, date, hours, location, trainer, and attendees; documents late cancellations and no shows to trainings; submits all information to supervisor, director, and assistant within one business day of trainings.
- Conducts research to develop new trainings or integrate into current trainings for employees.
- Implements Saint Francis Ministries policies and follows directives as required. Follows and adheres to all pertinent Saint Francis Ministries Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), rules, personnel policies, and procedures; related accreditation and licensure standards; and federal, state and local rules, statutes, regulations, and contractual terms.
- Reports incidents through appropriate Risk Management, clinical, and safety channels.
- Ensures clients' rights are protected.
- Is knowledgeable of and follows all safety procedures.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social services from an accredited college or university or licensed to practice in the State of Kansas required
- 3 years' experience with child welfare contracts or 3 years' experience with training required.
