Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Staffing Accounts Executive with strong experience in both hunting for new business and farming existing accounts. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and nurturing relationships with existing clients. This role plays a vital part in expanding Evenflow Solutions' market presence while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The position may require travel to client locations as needed. Key Responsibilities: New Business Development (Hunting):
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to acquire new logos (clients) in various industries.
  • Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, and market research to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, focusing on securing new business partnerships.
  • Develop tailored staffing solutions that meet the unique needs of prospective clients.
ccount Management (Farming):
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Develop strategies to retain and expand business within current accounts by identifying additional staffing needs and providing solutions.
  • Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure the delivery of qualified candidates for ongoing client requirements.
  • Proactively address client concerns and ensure consistent satisfaction with Evenflow Solutions' services.
General Responsibilities:
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline development using CRM systems.
  • Negotiate and close contracts that benefit both clients and Evenflow Solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to refine sales strategies.
  • Represent Evenflow Solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's offerings.
  • Travel as required to meet clients, conduct site visits, and build stronger relationships.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, with a focus on hunting for new business and farming existing accounts in the staffing industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in staffing or recruitment services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
