CentraCare Home Health provides hospital-based home health to patients in communities that we serve across the heart of Central Minnesota. The Staffing Assistant participates in the coordination and appropriate allocation of personnel to the patients of Home Health and Hospice based on patient census/acuity data; assists with statistical information, follows and supports personnel policies and procedures. In this role, you will support and assist a team, including the Clinical Specialist RNs, other Clinical Staffing/ Support Assistants and clinicians. The Staffing Assistant must be organized as they will be responsible for scheduling, copying and faxing documentation to clinics and hospitals, answering phones and speaking with hospice family members and providers along with other duties.
