From recruiting to skill matching, your dedication will contribute to total client satisfaction. Additionally, you'll handle tasks such as telemarketing, business development, and managing our pool of flexible employees.Work hours- Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pmResponsibilities:
  • Maintain a sales-oriented mindset, consistently meeting and exceeding the expectations of Spherion clients.
  • Assess client needs and match them with appropriately skilled employees for flexible or full-time assignments.
  • Conduct quality control checks and arrival calls for all client orders.
  • Foster ongoing communication with established clients to drive successful business development and promote client and employee retention.
  • Actively seek out and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Lead the recruitment process, conducting interviews, making hiring decisions, and overseeing new employee orientations for both flexible and direct hire positions.
  • Provide counseling and take corrective action as needed for flexible employees facing behavioral or performance issues.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Marketing background is a major plus!

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
  • Proficiency in Google Suites, CRMs, and other computer skills.
