Hours: 8am-4:30PM
Responsibilities: - Utilize your experience to maintain and update schedules for the nursing department.
- Report directly to the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing.
- Play a key role in ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet the needs of Alpine Breeze.
- Nursing Schedules - prepare and maintain a monthly master schedule and any interim changes, ensuring that all shifts are covered and distributed each morning.
- New Staff - meets with new Nursing staff upon hire and discusses schedule, uniforms, etc.
- Notifies DON/ADON and units of staff call-ins and changes daily.
- Contacts PRN staff to cover available shifts
- Prepares and prints Daily Reports of Nursing Staff.
- Collects and verifies time off requests (PTO), shift trade, and other paperwork for approval by the DON/ADON.
- Updates employee schedules.
- Works with HR Manager and reviews daily time clock punch reports, ensuring correct allocation of hours, and editing missing punches.
- Reviews and maintains nursing PPD
Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Staffing Coordinator.
- Hold a valid CNA or CMT license in the State of Missouri.
- Good standing within the healthcare community.
