Our team is passionate about creating meaningful experiences for both children and clients.Position Overview :KiddieCorp is seeking an organized and detail-orientedStaffing Coordinatorto manage the recruitment, scheduling, and coordination of childcare staff for various events. This role is crucial in ensuring that all events are appropriately staffed and run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities :Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified childcare staff for nationwide events.Schedule staff for upcoming events, ensuring coverage based on client needs and attendance.Maintain accurate staff rosters, availability, and records for each event.Communicate with staff regarding event details, expectations, and logistics.Collaborate with event managers to ensure staff assignments align with event schedules and client requirements.Address any staffing challenges, such as last-minute cancellations, by finding replacements quickly.Ensure compliance with KiddieCorp's safety and operational procedures, including verifying staff qualifications.Foster positive relationships with staff and provide ongoing support.Qualifications :Previous experience in staffing, childcare, or event coordination is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute staffing changes.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.Experience in the childcare or event industry is a plus but not required.Benefits :Paid time offHealth benefits401k (after 1 year of employment)
