Our Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler organizes and prepares work schedules for staff to ensure that all shifts are covered each day.

Coordinates referrals with appropriate services and staff members.

Coordinates 24-hour work schedules including coverage for call offs and approved time off requests using company scheduling software

Effectively manage schedules to fairly distribute work hours and keep overtime to a minimum.

Pristine Documentation and administrative clerical support related to department, payroll, time & attendance.

What you should have for us:

Competent PC skills with knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word

Proficient reading, comprehension, writing & mathematical ability

Good organizational, communication and relationship building skills

Experience creating staff schedules for multiple work groups on multiple shifts in a 24-hour work environment

Staffing Industry Experience and/or previous experience in home care, home health and working with medical personnel and patients preferred.
