How you get paid

A lot of firms boast about commissions “up to” 50% of what you bill. The reality? These structures are often capped, incremental, and require an initial “down payment” or threshold taken out of your success to cover vague costs. That 50% quickly becomes a mirage.

We do things differently. We pay higher base salaries than most of the industry and offer quarterly bonuses. Your job is to deliver exceptional, specialist-level service, and we'll make sure you're compensated in a way that keeps you focused, not scrambling.

We also don't believe in overrides. Why should a manager swoop in and profit off your hard work? Did they do all the leg work? We don't think so! We keep it fair and reward consistency instead.

Day-to-Day

We don't micromanage or push rigid KPIs. If you're a true staffing professional, you already know what needs to be done to support your clients. We are a professional staffing firm, not a daycare!

Prefer remote work? No problem. Want to come into the office? Our Manhattan location near Grand Central is available. Team events happen during work hours, and we cover your travel, no more paying out of pocket for a slice of cold pizza.
