Are you a dual threat that can bring in clients and also recruit for them?

If you're excited by the thrill of finding the perfect hard to find candidates in AEC, environmental, and skilled trades space - we have the position for you!

Typical duties include:

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future positions
• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process as well as assisting with onboarding
• Own the outcome of delivering candidates to our clients and help them make the right decision

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Demonstrated ability in the staffing industry, specifically in AEC, environmental, and/or skilled trades
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
• Don't be afraid to pick up the phone and make the dials you need
• Don't be afraid to work the hours you need to deliver the outcome for our clients
