Job Description :

Job responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing candidates: Generating leads, making cold calls
  • Screening candidates: Reviewing resumes and CVs, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and performing reference checks
  • Working with hiring managers: Consulting with hiring managers and HR to understand job requirements and skills
  • Developing strategies: Designing hiring strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and providing updates to hiring managers
  • Promoting the employer brand: Participating in job fairs and networking events, and developing employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Onboarding new employees: Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process
  • Improving the recruitment process: Contributing feedback to help improve the recruitment, hiring, and interview processes

Some skills and abilities that are useful:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and resume databases
  • Familiarity with employment law
  • Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
