Job responsibilities include:
- Sourcing candidates: Generating leads, making cold calls
- Screening candidates: Reviewing resumes and CVs, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and performing reference checks
- Working with hiring managers: Consulting with hiring managers and HR to understand job requirements and skills
- Developing strategies: Designing hiring strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and providing updates to hiring managers
- Promoting the employer brand: Participating in job fairs and networking events, and developing employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns
- Onboarding new employees: Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process
- Improving the recruitment process: Contributing feedback to help improve the recruitment, hiring, and interview processes
