Job Overview:

Location: In-office – Sioux City, IA

Schedule: Full-time (M-F, 8a-5p)

Job Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule active healthcare personnel to meet facility needs
• Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients and employees
• Ensure all shifts are covered with appropriately qualified staff
• Input, confirm, and verify schedules with accuracy
• Address and document attendance issues as needed
• Provide timely updates on scheduling changes or modifications
• Be available for after-hours scheduling as required

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in call center, customer service, sales, or staffing preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with staff and clients
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing needs
