This position is a part-time position where the hours are determined by the event schedule of the building.This role will pay an hourly wage of $10 to $14.00.Benefits for PT roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. Also, OVG provides part-time, seasonal, and internship employees with one hour of accrued paid leave per 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year.EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision of the Building Steward, assists Lessees and/or their production companies in unloading, constructions, operating, and reloading equipment for scheduled events.
• Follow oral instructions fully and precisely as to job given.
• Work with others in a timely manner under close quarters and in potentially harmful situations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to handle simple hand tools effectively.

• Must possess the ability to lift upwards to 75 lbs. safely.

• Must be punctual.

• Must be able to follow oral directions precisely.

• Must display the ability to work well with others.

• Must have some knowledge of stage/theatrical terms.

• Must be able to work flexible schedule, weekends and holiday hours.
