• Collaborate with design teams to develop specifications and drawings for custom die designs.
• Operate and maintain metalworking machinery, including lathes and milling machines, to craft dies and molds.
• Test and inspect dies for accuracy and quality, and troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the testing process.
• Design and produce jigs, fixtures, templates, and other tooling necessary for efficient manufacturing processes.
• Perform maintenance and repair work on existing dies and molds, and suggest improvements or modifications to enhance productivity.
• Work collaboratively with other professionals across the organization, including engineers, machinists, and quality control specialists.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of design and manufacturing processes, and track progress against project timelines.
