Experienced Warehouse Associate with Stand-Up Forklift exp Needed in the Fairburn/Union City Area Peoplelink Staffing Solutions , in partnership with a local Logistics in the Fairburn/Union City area, is seeking Picker/Packers - Stand-up Forklift Operators/Warehouse Associates with Forklift experience to join their team! This is a climate-controlled facility offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing! This is a temp to perm opportunity with a Logistics company. Pay: $18.00/hourly Stand-up Forklift experience is REQUIRED. Schedule Monday- Friday 8:30AM - Until the job is done Must be able to pass drug screen and preemployment background check - no felonies for any theft or smuggling related crimes. Must be able to pass Forklift Certification Test without Training Forklift Operator Essential Duties:

• Move material across the warehouse (Stand-up Forklift or pallet jack)
• Forklift usage is only about 30% of job dutie s.
• Scanning Cargo Labels using RF scanners
• Palletizing and Banding Cargo
• Quality Check (QC) the picked orders before packing the order to go out

Forklift Operator Job Requirements & Qualifications :

• Excellent attendance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Stand-up Forklift experience is REQUIRED
• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to write and read English and do simple math.
• Flexible to work overtime on weekends and overtime.

Forklift Operator Duties Requirements:

• Perform physical, operative and clerical tasks associated with shipment printing, picking, packing and processing (usage of scanners for picking and packing). Ensure accurate shipping information is attached and packages are shipped according to specified schedule.
• Operate warehouse forklift in accordance with established procedures as needed to maintain the warehouse stock
• Band and wrap skids in a timely manner for shipment
• Communicate within the team regarding shipments information
• Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as business demands are deemed necessary
• Clean and tidy assigned area of the warehouse
• Actively practice safe operation of forklifts/equipment
