Under the direction of the Guest Service Manager, the Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for the work that is carried out within the Guest Services Department. Coordinates Guest Services at the conference center so that staff members and guests experience a positive impression of the facility.

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $22.00 to $24.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting. If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities
  • In the role of shift supervisor, you'll be a role model of the store operations standards that define the Starbucks Experience
  • You will lead shifts, work alongside baristas, and deliver quality customer service and expertly crafted products in a vibrant environment
  • Lead each shift, ensuring operational standards are met
  • Act as a role model and mentor for other team members
  • Create a positive customer service experience
  • Maintain cash handling and store safety standards
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate the work of team members
  • Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Capacity to build relationships
  • Quick learner with a focus on quality

Qualifications

? 1+ year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment? 2 years of experience coordinating tasks or delegating to other employees? Ability to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.? At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role that involves interaction and fulfilling

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
