The partner relations consultant, labor relations contributes to Starbucks' success by supporting retail leaders in the U.S. and Canada, acting as a strategic partner relations expert to consult on partner (employees) questions and concerns and operating as a balanced and objective advocate on behalf of partners and managers, focused on labor relations. The partner relations consultant advises leaders on complex retail store partner relations matters and engages in related project work to ensure that Starbucks partners are treated in a fair and consistent manner. In this capacity, the partner relations consultant upholds, interprets, and provides coaching on Starbucks policies, procedures, and programs.

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
