• Develop Individualized Success Plans and provide advising services to TRIO Starting Point participants.
• Provide guidance in graduation and transfer to TRIO Starting Point participants. Assist in developing and coordinating mentoring and cultural/social activities for TRIO Starting Point participants.
• Monitor, track, and report on student progress and performance, and mentor program and cultural/social activities participation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in the social sciences, education or related field
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with diverse populations
• Demonstrated self-starter with strong organizational and leadership skills
• Proficient and efficiency with computer technology including Microsoft Office, e-mail, on-line databases, and internet
• Demonstrates an ongoing understanding of cultural fluency. Incorporates culturally responsive practices, and actively engages in antiracism professional development learning opportunities.
