• Provide nursing care in post-acute care facilities
• Check vital signs and regularly report them to the nursing team
• Observe residents' conditions and alert supervising staff to concerns
• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) including hygiene and feeding
• Maintain a clean environment by changing linens and sanitizing surfaces
• Act as a crucial link between residents and healthcare staff

• Current Kentucky State Certified Nurse Aide (SCNA) certification
