Steel Fabrication Material Handler - Opti Staffing : Job Details

As a Steel Fabrication Material Handler, youll be an essential part of the team by supporting the movement and organization of materials throughout the facility. Your responsibilities will include: Transporting raw materials, parts, and finished products within the shop using forklifts and other equipment. Organizing inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Loading and unloading trucks, ensuring materials are handled safely and securely. Staging materials for orders and supporting production deadlines. Keeping the workspaces and yard organized, clean, and safe for operations. What You Need to Have: Previous experience in material handling, preferably in a steel fabrication or manufacturing environment. Forklift certification or experience (preferred). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Physical capability to lift and move materials and stand for extended periods. A team-oriented attitude with a commitment to safety. Whats Next?
