The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects involving structural steel, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.Skills:Strong knowledge of structural steel design, fabrication, and erection processes.Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore).Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.Certifications (Preferred):OSHA 30-Hour Certification or equivalent safety training.Physical Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.Equivalent experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.Experience:Interested in hearing more?
