Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)Description:Traveler's permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from the most central facility OhioHealth Grant, 111 S Grant Ave, Columbus, Ohio 43215 to be eligible to apply.NEED: RN Intermediate/MST UnitLOCATION: Riverside Methodist HospitalSHIFT: Nights -7 PM - 7:30 AM, 3/12's, EOW, EOHRequirements:1.5 years of MS/Tele and/or SDLarge hospital expBLSMust be able to read & interpret Telemetry independentlyAt times, will need to work in a charge nurse role on unit1,059 bed magnet hospital and level II trauma center. Epic EMR, navy scrubs.Unit is considered a hybrid unit containing a blend of med surg and low level intermediate level of care. Up to 18% of patients fall into low level intermediate on the unit. Unit is 22 beds and care team is comprised of RN, LPN, and PSAs. Some experience with insulin gtts, Cardizem gtts, IV push meds, trach care, chest tubes, telemetry needed.Ratio- 1:4-6Pertinent Unit Info: Float requirements- other like med surg units potential within same care site, weekend requirements- every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday), Holiday requirements- must be available to work Holidays (will be assigned every other holiday if contract timeframe falls over multiple Holidays)Trailblazer Staffing Solutions provides top notch travel and local assignments to Allied and Medical Professionals, across the United States.
