Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee and provide nursing care for assigned patients, documenting responses and updating care plans.
• Assist physicians during exams, minor procedures, and treatments.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and manage IV infusions and blood products.
• Communicate care plans and hospital procedures to patients and families.
• Coordinate referrals and delegate tasks to support staff.

Additional Duties:Perform other related tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:-1 year of experience.-Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques and procedures.-Ability to organize, plan, coordinate and evaluate nursing services and apply nursing techniques.-Ability to maintain good working relationships with other employees.-Good verbal and written communication skills.-Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors.-Some computer skills.Preferred Skills & Experience:-N/A
