Covid and Flu Shot BLS from AHA Doesn't accept local candidates - 75 MILE RADIUS RULE!JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Performs all phases of decontamination: instruments, carts and equipment (commodes, Imeds, Isolation Carts, wheelchairs, stretchers, etc.) Operates the washer-decontaminator, cart wash and the steam gun. Performs all phases of inspecting and assembling instruments for the OR, Labor & Delivery, IR, X-ray, ER Operates the sterilizers in the department (STEAM and STERRAD). Adheres to the proper wrapping, labeling, and logging on the appropriate log sheets. Maintains accurate logs on all sterilizers.
