Under the direction of the Executive Steward the Steward Utility Cleaner will ensure the cleanliness of the food and beverage venues and maintain a clean and orderly kitchen, including deep cleaning of kitchen equipment and facilities. SUPERVISORY SCOPE - None. ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES - Cleans, sanitizes and maintains all kitchen equipment including cutting board, steam tables, deep fryers, boiler, ovens, steamers, stock pots, speed racks, and shelves, walk-in refrigerators and freezers, dishwashing machine, etc. Removes trash/laundry bags and transports to/from laundry pick-up or dumpsters. Cleans and washes garbage cans. Separates trash, recycle, cardboard, etc. in the kitchen areas. Cleans ceiling tiles, vents, light fixtures, upper walls, foliage, window glass and other items needing ladders over six (6) feet or use of a mechanical lift.
