Front of House Stocker and Customer Service Associate, manages and organizes products in the café and storerooms, maintains the cleanliness of the café, and ensures positive guest experiences in the café. Their responsibilities include: • Receiving: Ensuring that inventory arrives on time and undamaged • Stocking: Stocking shelves with product • Organizing: Organizing product displays and storage • Maintaining: Keeping the stock room clean and safe • Verifying: Verifying correctness and condition of deliveries • Replacing: Replacing damaged products • Cleanliness: Keeps café counters, shelves and floors clean • Completing orders: May occasionally have to complete product orders • Guest Services: Assisting guests in the café with finding product and completing check out of product
