Stocker - Smallwares - Restaurant Depot : Job Details

The Stocker in Smallwares is responsible for ensuring all products are packed out, stocked, and available to customers at all times. They are responsible for keeping the area clean, organized and safe. In addition, they must ensure that all customers that enter the area are greeted and assisted in a friendly manner. It is also the employees responsibility to service any customers that may require assistance selecting and retrieving products from the shelves. Essential Functions:Stock product as needed in department (as directed by the Department Manager). Pack out product as needed (as directed by the Department Manager). Provide friendly, efficient and professional customer service as customers enter the assigned department. Assist customers with loading and off-loading of product as needed. Assists customers with product location and detailed information when needed. Perform shelf tag maintenance as needed. Assist with cycle counts as needed.
