Stockroom Associate Clerk - Part Time Lynn Community Health Center is seeking a highly motivated Stockroom Clerk Associate who is responsible for supporting the Purchasing Team with receiving/stockroom management/team deliveries and general stockroom operational duties. The Stockroom Associate Clerk will be a self-starting, responsible and motivated person possessing the desire to learn and grow. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, interacting effectively with the team, co-workers, vendors, and business contacts in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner forming strong internal and external partnerships. Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or equivalent;
- Strong sense of urgency and initiative
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement
- History of good attendance and positive work attitude

Responsibilities:
- Put away any deliveries in a McKesson blue bin + red bins to include medication/vaccines + any/all to include medication bins received for the Nurse Managers Order + SBHC Order. Nurse Mangers Order can be placed on the NM cart & SBHC supply requests are to be packaged in a plastic bag for P/U on Tuesday AM. (Review label to determine location. It could be an item that will go directly to a team.)
- Complete/Assemble any Team Supply Orders located within bin # 2 and/or any blue bin/s (vaccines) received from McKesson that need to be delivered directly to the team/s. (Please bring clipboard + add data requested on the form.)
- Stockroom management - put away all incoming deliveries for the stockroom using FIFO methodology + stockroom items that have custom requirements... (i.e. labels for wipes, POCT system management, Lancets..)
- Work through deliveries set up for the teams.
