Greet and assist customers in a positive, approachable manner, maintaining a strong company image within the community. Maintain a highly visible presence in the store to enhance customer service and asset protection. Assist the Store Manager in maintaining standards of safety and control. This may include tagging merchandise, assisting with the check in of DSD vendors, and reporting observations. Report any suspicious activity to the Store Manager, documenting observations of transactions and store activity. Document incidents that occur. Conduct daily inspections, including audits of shrink reduction initiatives and safety standards. Resolve concerns through personal action or partnership with store manager. Aid the Store Manager in checking in store deliveries and monitoring security systems. Complete associate bag checks. Provide feedback and observations to the District Manager, RAPM, or Market Investigator.
