Gibbs Oil is looking for a Store Associate/Cashier at our station in Scarborough, ME!The Store Associate/Cashier plays a vital role in the daily operations of the store. This position includes running the cash register, assisting customers, and ensuring a clean and friendly shopping environment.If you are a friendly, motivated individual who enjoys customer interaction and is interested in contributing to a team dedicated to providing excellent service, this is the opportunity for you!RequirementsRequirements for the position include, but are not limited to:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ensuring that every customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging customers.

• Interacting with customers to provide information and assistance in response to inquiries about products and services.
• Maintaining a clean and customer-friendly store environment.
• Performing regular cleaning tasks such as clearing floors, surfaces, and restrooms, and maintaining appearance standards.
• Replenishing stock and ensuring product availability.
• Accurately processing transactions and ensuring accountability at the cash register.
• Maintaining awareness of all promotions, product knowledge, and advertisements.
• Completing all required shift paperwork accurately.
• Receiving and organizing merchandise deliveries.
• Working without constant supervision while ensuring company standards are met.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Available to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends as necessary.
• Reporting unusual occurrences, environmental or maintenance issues to management.
• Paying attention to detail when completing required documentation.
